TOYRUN Cape Town 2024

Did you know that Toy Run Cape Town is the longest running  motorcycle-based charity event in the world? For 42 years consecutively  without a break the motorcycling community and the public at large has  been riding and supporting to donate toys, gifts and funds to vulnerable  children in our communities. PUBLIC WELCOME - You don't have to ride a  motorcycle - Come along for the entertainment and the spectacle! This  year the event also hosts musician Mark Haze as our headline live music  act!

You can be part of this awesome effort - just come  along with your toy or gift, or if you have motorcycle and want to  participate in the ride, please register your entry to the Event Arena  and all the fun is FREE as long as you REGISTER HERE and BRING A TOY to  donate. Please REGISTER even if you are not going on the run, and have  your ticket with you (or on your phone)

Members  of the public are encouraged to come along, donate and attend the main  Toy Run event to see the motorcycles or on yours if you have one. The  actual TOY RUN / MASS RIDE will take place Sunday morning, 24th November 2024 from the start venues, GrandWest and Athlone Stadium, to end at  Killarney International Raceway. All participants are reminded that  during the run you are on public roads, and are required to adhere to  all normal road rules.

Starting from Athlone Stadium -  gathering from 8.30am leaving at approx. 10:30am and alternatively  starting from GrandWest - gathering from 8.30am leaving at 10am and You  can do the run or go directly to the end venue and can enter Killarney  to make your donation of toys and gifts for FREE. VIP Tickets available  for purchase.

For  entry to the Event Arena, where we will have live music by amazing  local bands, stalls, the bar area (opens at 11am) and other  entertainment, you will need to REGISTER right here. There will also be  bike and car displays, a bar/beer garden, and a variety of food vendors.  Vendors interested in being part of this iconic charity event, please  email vendors@toyrun.co.za for an application form.

Be  part of Africa’s largest motorcycle charity event. Every year near the  end of November, tens of thousands of bikes rally together for give joy  to the needy children of South Africa.It will be your opportunity to be  part of the party of the year AND contribute to a worthy cause to help  us to help the vulnerable children of our communities. Whether you  donate toys & gifts or funds, you immediately change the lives of  children in need in homes, orphanages, places of safety and hospitals  around the Western Cape - YOU can make the difference! The Toy Run Cape  Town needs more toys to be donated - LOTS more. If you would like to  donate a gift or toy but cannot attend the event, you can purchase a  virtual toy by making a donation right here or by going to our website  and making a donation via Snapscan .

Any excess funds  will be used to further the project plans for the Toy Run Charity and  purchase additional toys and gifts for the many hundreds of homes,  orphanages, places of safety, hospitals, organisations and disadvantaged  communities that rely on the Toy Run to provide toys and gifts for the  children in need.
